Program Description:
AEOA administers a variety of loan and grant programs for homeowners to make basic improvements to the safety, livability, energy efficiency and accessibility of their home.

Eligibility:

You have owned and occupied your home as your principal residence for at least 6 months.
You are current on all mortgage payments, if applicable.
You are within the program income limits or credit requirements
