Program Description:
AEOA administers a variety of loan and grant programs for homeowners to make basic improvements to the safety, livability, energy efficiency and accessibility of their home.
Eligibility:
- You must own and occupy your home as your principle residence
- You must be current on all property taxes and mortgage payment, if applicable
- You must be within the program limits - or meet credit requirements
