  MHFA Emergency Loan Program

  Program Eligible Improvements: Emergency repairs and/or accessibility improvements such has ramp or bathroom modifications to improve accessibility

  Deferred Loan

  Eligible Improvements: Home energy improvements and sewer lateral repairs. Home energy improvements include windows, doors, heating systems, water heaters, insulation, and roofing. Sewer lateral repairs are eligible when required by inspection. 6-month occupancy requirement may be waived for the buyer purchasing a home in need of sewer lateral repair.
  Loan Terms: 0% interest, deferred, 5-year term

  Emergency Grant
