What to Expect
Your orientation experience is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and prepared.
During orientation, you will:
- Learn about our programs, services, and community impact
- Review agency policies and expectations
- Complete required employment and compliance documents
- Meet key staff and learn how departments work together
- Receive information about benefits, payroll, and timekeeping
- Learn about safety, confidentiality, and client rights
Orientation may take place over your first day, first week, or first few weeks, depending on your role.

Required Documents & Forms
You will find important forms and documents linked throughout the orientation site, including:
- Employment eligibility and tax forms
- Direct deposit information
- Employee handbook and policy acknowledgements
- Confidentiality and ethics agreements
Please submit all required documents by the deadlines indicated.
