FAQs
  • Can I get a refund for my purchase?

All purchases are final, and no refunds are available. Feel free to contact us with any concerns before purchasing. We appreciate your understanding.

  • I already purchased my ticket but now I can't make it. Can I give my ticket to someone?

Yes. We ask that you contact us with the name of the person receiving your ticket so we can update the event registration to include them in prize drawings.

  • Will you sell tickets at the door?

Limited on-site tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because demand is high, we strongly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance. Secure your spot ahead of time for guaranteed entry.

  • How many vendors will be at the event?

With more than 30 vendors participating annually, the expo brings together a diverse range of organizations, businesses, and service providers all in one place.

  • Is there reserved seating?

Reserved seating is available for seniors attending from Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities. If you would like reserved seating for your group, please call 218-748-7359.

  • Do you need volunteers to help with this event?

Although we always appreciate the offer for help, between our Youth in Action volunteers and dedicated staff, we have plenty of help for this event.

  • Will attendees receive a passport for vendors to sign?

No. The original purpose of the passport was to track which vendors attendees were engaging with the most. However, since most attendees typically visit nearly all the vendors, the passport was no longer serving a meaningful purpose.

  • Can I suggest vendors to have at the expo?

Absolutely! If there are any businesses, organizations, or groups you’d like to see at our expo that aren’t currently represented, we’re always open to suggestions.

Please keep in mind that space is limited and we can only accommodate so many. Additionally, when we extend invitations, not all organizations choose to participate.
