Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) is a work-first focused program designed to assist public assistance recipients and enhance their efforts so they can successfully transition from Welfare-to-Work. A structured job search coupled with a Work First training curriculum, Job Club support network, and resume development, prepares individuals for and emphasizes the importance and values of work.
