FAQs
  • Will you sell tickets at the door?

Limited on-site tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because demand is high, we strongly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance. Secure your spot ahead of time for guaranteed entry.

  • I already purchased my ticket but now I can't make it. Can I give my ticket to someone?

Yes. We do ask that you contact us with the name of the person receiving your ticket so we can update the event registration and include them in prize drawings.

  • Do you need volunteers to help with this event?

Although we always appreciate the offer for help, between our Youth in Action volunteers and dedicated staff, we have plenty of help for this event.

  • How many vendors will be at the event?

With more than 40 vendors participating annually, the expo brings together a diverse range of organizations, businesses, and service providers all in one place.

  • Will attendees receive a passport for vendors to sign?

No. The original purpose of the passport was to track which vendors attendees were engaging with the most. However, since most attendees typically visit nearly all the vendors, the passport was no longer serving a meaningful purpose, so we decided not to continue using it.

  • Can I suggest vendors to have at the expo?

Absolutely! If there are any businesses, organizations, or groups you’d like to see at our expo that aren’t currently represented, we’re always open to suggestions.

Please keep in mind that space is limited and we can accommodate just over 40 vendors. Additionally, even when we extend invitations, not all organizations choose to participate.
