Helping Older Adults Re-enter the Workforce

Older workers are a vital resource for today’s workforce. Their experience, reliability, and dedication bring tremendous value to employers and communities alike. Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) participants engage in community service roles, gain hands-on work experience, and develop job skills that lead to unsubsidized employment.
