Reviving Homes, Renewing Communities

This program gives vacant, tax‑forfeited homes in St. Louis County a second chance. It creates housing opportunities for first‑time buyers and workforce residents while reducing waste and preserving existing housing stock.

Renovations

Instead of demolition, these properties are transformed into safe, affordable housing through full renovations, including:

  • New roofs
  • Siding
  • HVAC systems
  • Kitchens
  • Bathrooms
  • and Energy-efficient improvements

AEOA, a licensed and LEAD-certified contractor, manages all work with local partners to ensure quality.

Homes for Buyers

After renovations are complete, homes will be sold to qualifying buyers through local lenders, creating new opportunities for affordable homeownership.

Sustainable Solution

Proceeds of each sale will fund future projects, making this a sustainable housing solution for St. Louis County.
