AEOA offers services in Aitkin, Carlton, Chisago, Cook, Crow Wing, Isanti, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, Pine, and St. Louis, making it one of the largest private, non-profit Community Action Agencies in Minnesota.

AEOA’s main office is located in Virginia, Minnesota. AEOA also operates several additional offices, as shown on the map below. Programming is also delivered at more than 100 locations across our service area, including bus garages, classrooms, colleges, community centers, dining sites, offices, schools, and Workforce Centers.
