The Rental Rehab Program is an IRRRB Pilot Grant available to any rental property owners in the Quad Cities Virginia, Eveleth, Mountain Iron, and Gilbert. Property must be a long term rental between 1-6 units

Program Description

The Rental Rehab Program Pilot Grant is designed to help property owners in the quad cities
make necessary renovations to their long term 1-6 unit rentals. The Rental Rehab Pilot Will
match Funds 1 to 1 up to $15,000 per Unit in eligible expenses. The application fee is $250
and will be processed upon completion of work.
