Request for Proposals for
Insurance Agent/Broker of Record
The Purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract for an agent/broker licensed in the State of Minnesota to represent Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency, Inc., herein after “AEOA”, in insurance procurement for the period 1-1-2022 to 12-31-2022.
The insurance package should include but limited to: Liability, Property, Contents, Bond (Errors and Omissions), Umbrella Excess Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, Theft, Cyber, Crime, Abuse/Molestation, Professional Liability, Data Compromised, Workers Compensation, Volunteer Life, and Short-Term Disability.
