Program Description:  Certified AARP Tax-Aide Program volunteers are available February 1 through April 15 to prepare Minnesota and Federal tax forms for low-to-moderate income individuals and senior citizens throughout Minnesota.  Numerous tax preparation sites are located in Northern St. Louis County where volunteer tax preparers can prepare and e-file returns, allowing for a quick refund.  In-home tax preparation is also available for homebound residents.  The service is free, although donations are accepted.
