Program Description: ROCK (Raising Our Children's Kids) is a program offering crisis assistance, referral, counseling and assistance for grandparents or other kinship caregivers that are raising children of other family members.  The program provides services through support groups, telephone counseling, in-home visits, educational presentations, recreational activities, and informational newsletters.
