Program Description: The Neighborhood Revitalization program can provide funds for energy
related improvements. These improvements can include: Windows, doors, furnaces and
ductwork, water heaters, wall and ceiling insulation, roofs, siding, solar, wind and geothermal.
Program Eligibility:
Eligibility for the 5 year forgivable loan are incomes:
$40,000 - $60,000 - 35%
$60,001 - $80,000 – 25%
of the energy related improvements. The applicant must provide proof of funding for the
balance of the improvements.
