Availability:  Cook, Lake, & St. Louis Counties (excluding the City of Duluth).

Program Description: Funding for landlords to improve the condition of their rental units for low-income tenants.  The owner will work with our inspector to bring the property up to housing quality standards, including improvements such as electrical, plumbing, roofs, staircases, energy conservation, etc.  The funds are provided through a 6% loan, with a term of up to 15 years.
