Availability: Itasca & Koochiching Counties.

Eligibility: Youth 17-21 that are homeless or at-risk of being homeless.

Program Description: Eligible youth are offered a menu of services to build a plan that will help stabilize their housing situations.  Some of these services may include: rental assistance, security deposits, utility assistance, moving expenses, & case management.
